WHEREAS (1) Jacinta Wanjiru Maingi (ID/3095275) and (2) Stephen Ihugo Mwangi (ID/13652440), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece piece of land known as Loc.14/Kiruri/T.233, containing 0.13 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
