WHEREAS Evangeloes Evanson Mwaura Thiani (ID/22025305), is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Dagoretti/Thogoto/4487, situate in Kiambu County, by virtue of a certificate of title deed, and whereas the said certificate of title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
