REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rishad Ali Shosi and (2) Husna Hyder Kassam, both of P.O. Box 80204, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Mombasa/Block XX/240, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title no. Mombasa/Block XX/240, containing 0.1502 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
