WHEREAS Douglas Mutua Muema, of P.O. Box 87699–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Subdivision No. 11616/III/MN, situate in North of Mtwapa Creek in the Kilifi District, and registered in Mombasa land registry and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Mombasa has issued a decree from ELC Appeal No. 32 of 2022 vesting the plot in favour of Linn Alexander James Denholm, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title in the name of Linn Alexander James Denholm provided that no objection has been received within that period.
