REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hadijah Chepkasi Mohamed, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 3037-Malindi, situate in Malindi Township in the Malindi District, registered as C.R. No. 18565, and whereas Environment and Land Court at Malindi has issued a decree from Land Case No. 45 of 2019 (OS) vesting the plot in adverse possession in favour of Hadijah Chepkasi Mohamed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
