APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) of the Gambling Control Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Human Capital Development and Special Programmes, appoints— Under paragraph (e) (i)— Emma Wambui Mbugua, Under paragraph (e) (ii)— Anne Derasso Illo, Under paragraph (f)— Fredrick Odumo Nying’uro, Valarie Angela Akinyi Lomosi, to be the Members of the Board of Directors of the Gambling Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th October, 2025. The appointments of *Anne Too, *Innocent Muganda, *Ernest Kamau, *Janet Mwawasi Oben and *Edwin Irungu Gikunju is revoked. Dated the 24th October, 2025.
