ACT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred upon me by the provisions
of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, I, Mohamed Adan Khalif, the
Governor, Mandera County, appoint—
ABDIRIZAK MOHAMED ADOW
to be a member of Elwak Municipality Board for period of five (5)
years, with effect from the date of this notice.
