APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by according to section 155 (5) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and section 167 of the Public Finance Management (County Government) Regulations 2015 and the Audit Committee Guidelines issued by The National Treasury vide gazette Notice Vol. CXVIII-No.40 dated 15th April 2016. I, Wavinya Ndeti, Governor Machakos County, appoint the persons named to be a Members of the Machakos County Audit Committee; SCHEDULE Name of Member Responsibilities Jones Makau Nzomo Chairperson Stephen Nzioki Sila Member Ann Nduku Maingi Member Boniface Kalinda Mulii Member The role of the Members of the Machakos County Audit Committee is as provided for in the Audit Committee Guidelines issued by the National Treasury vide gazette Notice Vol. CXVIII-No. 40 dated the 15th April, 2016 .The members shall serve part time for a term of three (3) years effective from the date of this notice.
