NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 24th January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 967, in Volume D1, Folio 22/187, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Isabell Nyokabi Ngugi, of P.O. Box 24684– 00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Isabell Nyokabi Karuga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Isabell Nyokabi Karuga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Isabell Nyokabi Ngugi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Isabell Nyokabi Ngugi only.
