NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 842, in Volume D1, Folio 796/500, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Joshua Charles Omondi, of P.O. Box 574–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Zedekia Samson Omondi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Zedekia Samson Omondi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joshua Charles Omondi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joshua Charles Omondi only.
