NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 9, in Volume B-13, Folio 2382/21605, File No. 1637, by my client, Fatuma Shinde Mohamed Adan, of P.O. Box 2620–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fatuma Ahmed Edin, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Ahmed Edin, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatuma Shinde Mohamed Adan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatuma Shinde Mohamed Adan only.
