NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1403, in Volume D1, Folio 319/2161, File No. MMXXIV, by our clients, (1) Charles Njoroge Waruru and (2) Lilian Atieno Koyoo (guardians), both of P.O. Box 1619–0502, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Kyle Njoroge Waruru (minor), formerly known as Kyle Mathew Okinyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kyle Mathew Okinyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kyle Njoroge Waruru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kyle Njoroge Waruru only.
