NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 148, in Volume B-13, Folio 2371/21488, File No. 1637, by our client, Joan Akochi Munoka, of P.O. Box 141–20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joan Akochi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Joan Akochi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joan Akochi Munoka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joan Akochi Munoka only.
