NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 160, in Volume D1, Folio 5/36, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Andrew Karithi Ntielakua, of P.O. Box 29– 60605, Muthara in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Andrew Karithi Ikunyua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Andrew Karithi Ikunyua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Andrew Karithi Ntielakua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Andrew Karithi Ntielakua only.
