NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th May, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 724, in Volume D1, Folio 305/2053, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Jeff Amos Mugendi Njue, of P.O. Box 2159–10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Franklin Amos Mugendi Njue, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Franklin Amos Mugendi Njue, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jeff Amos Mugendi Njue, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jeff Amos Mugendi Njue only.
