the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of the motor vehicle KBQ 221L, Audi lying at Auto Present Services Limited along Eastern By-pass, behind Naivas Supermarket, Kamakis to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage charges together with any other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the vehicle is taken. Notice is further given that the motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owing.
