REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ann Vaughan, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Kwale/Diani Beach Block 1745 and 1747, and whereas Snapdragon Enterprises Limited, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Kwale/Diani Beach Block 1746, 1748, 1749, 1750 and 1751, and whereas Kama Kawaida Property Limited, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Kwale/Diani Beach Block 1752, and whereas the said pieces of land were as a result of Kwale/Diani Beach Block 806, 807 and 808, respectively, which subdivisions were done dependance of a court order forbidding any transactions and having the said registered owners being notified of the error during registration and notified to surrender the same for cancellation, and whereas the said registered owners having failed to surrender the same, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the certificate of leases will be cancelled hence will be of no effect rendering them null and void.
