REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Atieno Okute (deceased), of P.O. Box 99, Sondu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kabondo/Kodumo East/477, situate in the Sub-County of Rachuonyo East, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 186 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of Nicanor Okute Atieno, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Atieno Okute (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and issue land title deed to the said Nicanor Okute Atieno, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Atieno Okute (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
