THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mwita Ikwabe (deceased) and (2) Kirungu Ikwabe (deceased), are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 17.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Bugumbe/Mabera/222, situated in the district of Kuria, and whereas the Court at Migori in Succession Cause No. 55 of 2023, has issued letters of administration Bwiru Thomas Maseke, and whereas the title deed issued earlier for (1) Mwita Ikwabe (deceased) and (2) Kirungu Ikwabe (deceased) cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Bwiru Thomas Maseke, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Mwita Ikwabe (deceased) and (2) Kirungu Ikwabe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
