REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Ogony Oile (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Migori, registered under title No. Kanyamkago/Kanjulu/1041, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed to Rose Onjonga Akoth, the administrator under Succession 340 of 2023 at the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
