GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1097

WHEREAS Kitema Kikonde (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.52 hectares or thereabout, known as Yatta/Ekalakala/1757, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kithimani in Succession Cause No. 147 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Philip Kitema and (2) Simon Musyoki Kitema, and whereas the said have excecuted an application to be registered by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas sufficient has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registrstion of L.R.A. 39 to (1) Philip Kitema and (2) Simon Musyoki Kitema, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Kitema Kikonde (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
