GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1096

WHEREAS M’Arimba M’Maingi (deceased), are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 0.4 hectare or thereabouts, known as Igoji/Mweru I/111, situate in Meru County, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Nkubu in succession cause No. 98 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Ephentus Gitonga Karimba and (2) Charles Munene Karimba as administrators and the beneficiaries are (1) Ephentus Gitonga Karimba, (2) Charles Munene Karimba, (3) Loyford Mbae Karimba, (4) Mary Kajuju, (5) Lucy Kagendo Juluis and (6) Alicet Makena Kiogora, and whereas the said land title deed in respect has been reported missing or lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said (1) Ephentus Gitonga Karimba, (2) Charles Munene Karimba, (3) Loyford Mbae Karimba, (4) Mary Kajuju, (5) Lucy Kagendo Juluis and (6) Alicet Makena Kiogora, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Arimba M’Maingi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
