THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kinaga Nyaga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.20 hectares or thereabout, known as Inoi/Kamondo/2144, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Court at Kerugoya Law Court in Succession Cause No. E285 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Keru Kinaga (ID/3129748), (2) Jane Wanjiku Miano (ID/13848799) and (3) Maurice Murimi Kanaga (ID/11818946), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Keru Kinaga (ID/3129748), (2) Jane Wanjiku Miano (ID/13848799) and (3) Maurice Murimi Kanaga (ID/11818946), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kinaga Nyaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
