GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1091

WHEREAS Geofrey Kangoi Wairire alias Geoffrey Kangoi Wairire (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.62 hectare or thereabouts, known as Iriaini/Gatundu/557, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Nanyuki in Succession Cause No. E159 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to (1) Rahab Wanjiru Geoffrey, (2) Eliud Muchoki Kingoi and (3) Henry Wanjohi King’ori as the administrators and the beneficiary is Rahab Wanjiru Geoffrey, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 39 and R.L. 42 in favour of the said (1) Rahab Wanjiru Geoffrey, (2) Eliud Muchoki Kingoi and (3) Henry Wanjohi King’ori as the administrators and the beneficiary is Rahab Wanjiru Geoffrey, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Geofrey Kangoi Wairire alias Geoffrey Kangoi Wairire (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
