THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Municipal Housing Co-operative Society, of P.O. Box 1574, Kakamega in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as Isukha/Shirere/3705 and 3707, situate in Kakamega County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers in respect thereof are lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land registers have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land registers shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
