REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Janes Miokaya Osano, of P.O. Box 22638, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.1981 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 12/264, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
