REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Gitau, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.0 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dagoretti/Riruta/4963, situate in the the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
