WHEREAS Christopher Mwadime Mzungu, is registered as proprietor of fee simple of all that piece of land known as plot No. 663, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Malindi District, registered in Mombasa Land Registry under title No. LT. 35, Folio 448, File 3942, and whereas original indenture thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional indenture as provided under section 33 (3), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
