REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Techpro Systems Limited, of P.O. Box 32428–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2005 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 122/96, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
