THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kahonzi Charo Mtengo, as the administrator of the estate of Charo Mtengo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, known as Gede/Mijomboni/279, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a lease certificate of title as provided under section 33 (5) of the act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
