REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hamid Salim, of P.O. Box 96, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold ownership of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1063-Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, as registered under title No. C.R. 12409, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
