THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mrs. Naaz Praveen, of P.O. Box 82414–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0694 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. 3370/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 16678, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
