NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi in Volume DI, Folio 231/1516, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Henil Prathmesh Ajmera, formerly known as Henil Prathmesh Shah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Henil Prathmesh Shah and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Henil Prathmesh Ajmera for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Henil Prathmesh Ajmera only.
