NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 804, in Volume DI, Folio 265/1909, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Thomas Kung’u, formerly known as Thomas Kung’u Muthoni alias Tom Kungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Thomas Kung’u Muthoni alias Tom Kungu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Thomas Kung’u for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Thomas Kung’u only.
