REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hamisi Rajabu Kirenje (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Tiwi/1/1755, situate in the county of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E431 of 2024, has vested property to (1) Rajab Hamisi Kimia, (2) Mwanahamisi Rajabu Juma, (3) Mohamed Mohamed Mwaraso and (4) Mwinyi Abdalla Rajab (as trustees), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Hamisi Rajabu Kirenje (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hamisi Rajabu Kirenje (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
