REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph arap Misoi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as Nandi/Kabiemit/97, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E19 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Japhet Kipkemei Misoi, of P.O. Box 7198–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the land title deed be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph arap Misoi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
