REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joram Odiyo Ongowu, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kisumu West Agoro/2190, (Kisumu West/Agoro3679 and 3680), situate in the county of Kisumu, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Cause No. MCSUCC/MISC/E99 of 2024, has issued a rulling dated the 25th February, 2025, issued to (1) Kisumu/West Agoro/3679 to Japheth Lusi Odiyo and (2) Kisumu/West Agoro/3680 to Norrington Otieno Omollo, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land titles and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said (1) Kisumu/West Agoro/3679 to Japheth Lusi Odiyo and (2) Kisumu/West Agoro/3680 to Norrington Otieno Omollo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
