GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12169

WHEREAS Muriithi Gathiuwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Laikipia/Marmanet/Siron Block 1/65 (Subuku), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 423 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Cecilia Wagaki Muriithi and (2) Mary Njoki Mathenge, and whereas the said (1) Cecilia Wagaki Muriithi and (2) Mary Njoki Mathenge, has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to said (1) Cecilia Wagaki Muriithi and (2) Mary Njoki Mathenge,, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muriithi Gathiuwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
