THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Wachira Nderitu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.121 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Kiriita Shauri Block 1(Leshau Pondo)/395, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 146 of 2023, has issued letters of administration to James Gitonga Wachira (ID/13047200), and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Samuel Wachira Nderitu (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Wachira Nderitu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
