REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hokins Mukunga Kaka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Butsotso/Indangalasia/3124, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kakamega in Succession Cause No. 1359 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jackson Makokha Omukunga, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Hokins Mukunga Kaka (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hokins Mukunga Kaka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
