GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12161

WHEREAS Enos Odie Guya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kisumu/Nyahera/423, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Maseno in Succession Cause No. E3 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Nereah Atieno Odie, and whereas the court has confirmed the grant in favour of (1) Kennedy Odhiambo Odera and (2) George Omondi Odera, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Enos Odie Guya (deceased) has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the Enos Odie Guya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
