GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12159

WHEREAS (1) Joel Kaburi Kibunja and (2) Margaret wothaya Kirweya, both of P.O. Box 99376, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Mombasa Municipality/Block 2/272 and Mombasa/MN/Block 2/296, and whereas both individuals are jointly registered as proprietors in in common of the said parcels, by virtue of a Court Order in Mombasa Matrimonial Cause No. 5 of 2016, the court found Joel Kaburi Kibunja to transfer his interest in title, Mombasa Municipality/Block 2/272 to Margaret Wothaya Kirweya within sixty (60) days since the same was acquired solely by applicant, and whereas Joel Kaburi Kibunja do further surrender the original title of Mombasa Municipality/Block 2/296 for cancellation since it was erroneously issued, and whereas several demend notices have been issued to Joel Kaburi Kibunja to surrender original titles of Msa/Municipality/Block 2/296 and cause transfer to his interest in title of Msa/Municipality/Block 2/272 to the applicant within sixty (60) days, and whereas the applicant has denied/refused to adhere to the said orders, the deputy registrar shall proceed to execute the transfer documents on his behalf and a title issued to Margaret Wothaya Kirweya, without further reference to him, further, Mombasa Municipality/Block 2/296 shall be deemed cancelled thereof as ordered by court.
