THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wambugu Wandere (ID/1107735), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land, containing 0.724 hectare or thereabout, known as Gituamba/Muhotetu Block 2/3629 (Muhotetu), situate in the county of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the same parcel of land thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, , notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
