REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Teresa Nasike Khaoya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Ndivisi/Muchi/5441 and 5446, situate in Bungoma County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land registers shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
