REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Mwangi Mwarangu, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, containing 0.1012 hectare or thereabouts, known as Dundori/Lanet Block 11/209, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to procced with the reconstruction of the said land register under section 33(5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
