THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hassan Sharif Alwy and (2) Hussein Sharif Alwy, both of P.O. Box 88356-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 415/III/MN, containing 2.96 acres or thereabout, situate in the north of Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 5108, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section (33)3 of the Act.
