WHEREAS Oscar Kipngetich Kipsang, of P.O. Box 164–20103, Eldama Ravine in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property known as Lembus/Torongo/822, situate in Baringo County, by virtue of a certificate of a title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
