REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Kamau Muchiri (ID/13752786), (2) James Kinuthia (ID/1199030), (3) Joseph Mburu Nduati (ID/5153833), (4) Daniel Ndung’u Kambo (ID/3432224) and (5) Peter Maina Ngugi (ID/11745296), all of P.O. Box 165-10205, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Nginda Samar Block 1/1434, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
