REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Raphael Njui Njoroge, of P.O. Box 16944, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest in all that piece of land, known as Nairobi/Block 139/765, situate in the district of Nairobi, containing 0.0300 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
