REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alice Nduta Kamau, of P.O. Box 83248-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 9122/87, containing 0.0372 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mtwapa in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 41584, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
